Nationals of the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United States, Uruguay, Venezuela;
Nationals of the following countries if bearers of biometric passports only : Albania, Bosnia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia.
VISA ASSISTANCE LETTER
ERTS 2018 organizers can provide you with a VISA assistance letter under request.
Important : visa letters will only be sent once the registration for ERTS 2018 conference is made complete and paid online
In order to receive a ERTS 2018 visa assistance letter, please follow the steps below :
Step 1 : Register to ERTS 2018 and pay online (payment is mandatory in order to receive an invitation letter)
Step 2 : Send the requested information below to valerie at erts2018registration@see.asso.fr
